A small island with a VERY big food story.

Four years ago, we created the Delicious Jersey Dine-Out Festival to celebrate the extraordinary food, drink and people found across our 9 × 5 island.

For two months, participating Jersey Hospitality Association members create special festival menus, dishes and experiences, with one simple ambition: to showcase more of the incredible produce grown, reared, caught, made and poured right here in Jersey.

As you explore the menus, you’ll notice ingredients highlighted in colour. These are the Jersey ingredients being used by our chefs, connecting the people who grow, catch and make our food with the restaurants, cafés, pubs and hotels that put it on the plate.

The more colour you see, the more local you’re eating, and that matters. We passionately believe Jersey has everything it needs to become a standout culinary destination. After all, we live in what is literally a 9 × 5 pantry, packed with farmers, fishers, growers, makers, producers, chefs and brilliant hospitality businesses.

So this autumn, eat, drink and explore Jersey. Discover a producer. Try somewhere new. Order something local. Meet the people behind it.

Supporting local is vital to our Island and fortunately, it’s also great fun and utterly DELICIOUS!
